I get these google alerts on psychoenergetics and bioenergetics. Then I like to correlate my findings and report them to you. As of late, I’ve been getting strange results concerning the 12 January earthquake in Haiti. This is because the same energetics technology that is used for healing has also been weaponized on a grand scale.
There’s a lot of bizarre conjecture on the web. There are plenty of alarmists blowing the whistle on this and that including the “artificial” Haitian Earthquake, but I don’t normally expect any kind of conspiracy theory to find its way into my research material, that is, unless, one of my respected resources discusses a subject related to a major event that seems to complete the picture.
Here is an excert from an ANNOTATED GLOSSARY by Col. Thomas. E. Bearden, circa 1997, slightly updated Dec. 2000 that discusses scalar interferometry in the weaponization of energetics:

Electromagnetic measures taken against targeted electronics or electromagnetics operations
in systems, particularly in hostile weapon systems, command and control systems, etc. There are entire textbooks in the West that are devoted to ECM effects, uses, effectiveness, etc. A great deal of ECM equipment is also used by any modern military force.However, in our view what is greatly lacking as yet in Western ECM is the deliberate design and use of novel new kinds of ECM based on the extended higher electrodynamics such as O(3) electrodynamics, and particularly by use of longitudinal EM waves and by use of the infolded electrodynamics inside all EM fields, potentials, and waves.
Longitudinal EM wave interferometers (LWIs), e.g., can reach right through the earth and the ocean to emerge on the other side of the earth. In the interference zone (IZ), real EM “transverse wave” energy is created readily by the interferometry. Biasing of the chassis grounds of the distant LWI transmitters can control whether the “normal” EM energy appearing in the target IZ is convergent (cooling) or divergent (heating).
By sharp pulsing of the LWI transmitters, massive cold explosions or hot explosions can be created in the IZ. Continuous LWI interferometry can produce geometric forms of EM energy, which usually glow due to the ionization of the atmosphere, etc. in the dense EM energy regions. Since these can also involve general relativistic effects as well as electromagnetics effects in the U(1) CED sense, obviously a dramatic expansion of the entire field of measures and countermeasures is entailed.
We believe these LWI weapons may be what was referred to by U.S. Defense Secretary
Cohen as follows: “Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves? So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations? If you’ve kept up with Bioenergetic Spectrum, you probably noticed that I updated Genetic Defects and Project HAARP (High Energy Active Auroral Research Project) with a video; this video is over the top with the titles trying to ram the idea home the idea that the 12 January 2010 earthquake in Haiti was manmade.
I don’t like to talk about weaponization of advanced technology much because I know others Like Col. Bearden are keeping track. I prefer to focus on the good, healing aspects of technology rather than the potentials for evil.
On the other hand, it’s difficult to ignore major disasters. I realize that it’s quite possibly artificial, an act of evil on a grand scale, and so do other conspiracy theorists because of what we know.
All of that conspiracy theory is conjecture until we consider the fault detection equipment reported by a by a geophysicist (in the following video) that accidently caused an earthquake; the same geophysicist also demonstrated how HAARP works on the atmosphere quite vividly and how tectonic plate shift can be achieved through application of extremely low frequency waves (ELF) in a lab setting:
We should also consider Jesse Ventura’s Conspiracy Theory research into HAARP which can, among other things, induce earthquakes with pinpoint accuracy; please visit youtube for that six part episode.Since conventional and conspiring informations both make sense, I would like to present a few items for your inspection. Conventional experience in geology and conventional wisdom tell us to follow Occam’s Razor, that the earthquake in Haiti was a long time in coming. Haitian Earthquake: Made in the USAAs grim accounts of the earthquake in Haiti came in, the accounts in U.S.-controlled state media all carried the same descriptive sentence: ?Haiti is the poorest country in the Western hemisphere?? Gee, I wonder how that happened? You’d think Haiti would be loaded. After all, it made a lot of people rich. An earthquake isn?t just an earthquake. The same 7.0 tremor hitting San Francisco wouldn?t kill nearly as many people as in Port-au-Prince. “Looking at the pictures, essentially it looks as if (the buildings are of) breezeblock or cinderblock construction, and what you need in an earthquake zone is metal bars (rebars) that connect the blocks so that they stay together when they get shaken,” notes Sandy Steacey, director of the Environmental Science Research Institute at the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland. “In a wealthy country with good seismic building codes that are enforced, you would have some damage, but not very much.” Earthquakes are random events. In a new study published December 24, 2004 in the Journal of Geophysical Research from the American Geophysical Union, geologists Uri ten Brink of the U.S. Geological Survey in Woods Hole and Jian Lin of the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) report a heightened earthquake risk of the Septentrional fault zone, which cuts through the highly populated region of the Cibao valley in the Dominican Republic. In addition, they caution, the geologically active offshore Puerto Rico and Hispaniola trenches are capable of producing earthquakes of magnitude 7.5 and higher. The Indonesian earthquake on December 26, which generated a tsunami that killed (to date) an estimated 150,000 people, came from a fault of similar structure, but was a magnitude 9.0, much larger than the recorded quakes near the Puerto Rico Trench…. |
It’s not an exact match obviously, however the similarities were noticeable enough to catch my attention. I think he can all agree it certainly does not resemble anything else immediately recognizable. However what does correlate between the two even better are the exact centers of each. The epicenter occurred almost precisely at the geographic center of the Caribbean Island chain. The center of Sunspot 1040 is located almost exactly where you would expect Port-au-Prince to be present.
